Reiki Healing offers rebalance & realignment of energy. It can help aid stress, physical, mental & emotional discomfort. Reiki can be focused on helping soothe depression, heal physical injuries, emotional blockages. In our sessions we will focus on the breath to start a gentle soothing treatment. Once grounded, I will send you energy to balance & realign your state of being into a more optimal state of well-being. Distant Reiki Healing sessions are powerful and its effects very effective and beneficial. Instant results can be experienced with many people describing the experience to have allowed them to feel lighter, more calm and more clear-minded. Effects can take up to two weeks to integrate in our bodies and manifest in our realities.
